1. Ms. Nicole Adelaide Colarina Senador, a former independent contractor;
2. Ms. Kimberlyn Hernandez Dorado, a former independent contractor; and
3. Mr. Arnold Rodrigo Gorospe, a former dealer,

Any representation, commitment, appraisal arrangement, payment collection or transaction purportedly made by either individual on behalf of Mobee Cars Philippines after the effective date above is not authorized by the Company.
